Ingredients:
Bokchoy
Pressed fresh garlic
Olive oil
oyster sauce
Direction:
- Wash bokchoy thoroughly
- Heat olive oil in the pan. Sautee half of the garlic
- Add bokchoy and season with oyster sauce
- Add the other half of the garlic.
- Cook until tender yet crispy
- Serve
