Bokchoy and Garlic

If you love the aroma of a garlic then, this is how you would love to eat a sauteed bokchoy. This is just so yummy.

Pressed fresh garlic
Olive oil
oyster sauce

  • Wash bokchoy thoroughly
  • Heat olive oil in the pan. Sautee half of the garlic
  • Add bokchoy and season with oyster sauce
  • Add the other half of the garlic.
  • Cook until tender yet crispy
  • Serve
