Ingredients:
Chicken breast (slice in bite size)
cashew
carrots
green beans
mushroom
cabbage
green bell pepper
garlic
onion
pepper
oyster sauce
water
cooking oil
For marinade:
soy sauce
garlic powder
pepper
cooking wine
flour
Directions:
- Marinade chicken for at least 30 minutes. Just add all the ingredients listed for marinade. Mix well and set aside.
- Saute garlic and onions. Add marinaded chicken. Add water and season with oyster sauce and pepper. Bring to boil and wait until chicken is cooked.
- Add green beans and cook for 3 minutes. Add carrots, cabbage, bell pepper and mushroom. Wait until it boils then add cashew. (The more cashew the better, if cashew is salted, wash it first)
- Serve immediately over rice.
