Cashew Chicken

I finally made it! I know I have been posting that I am really excited to cook cashew chicken as Dave and I love it! I am back to my kitchen again and with vengeance... hahaha joking!

Chicken breast (slice in bite size)
green beans
green bell pepper
oyster sauce
cooking oil

For marinade:
soy sauce
garlic powder
cooking wine

  • Marinade chicken for at least 30 minutes. Just add all the ingredients listed for marinade. Mix well and set aside.
  • Saute garlic and onions. Add marinaded chicken. Add water and season with oyster sauce and pepper. Bring to boil and wait until chicken is cooked.
  • Add green beans and cook for 3 minutes. Add carrots, cabbage, bell pepper and mushroom. Wait until it boils then add cashew. (The more cashew the better, if cashew is salted, wash it first)
  • Serve immediately over rice.

Be sure not to over cook the veggies. Veggies should still be crispy and crunchy

Serve over rice. Drizzle the sauce and the rice will taste so much better!
