This is my version of Chicken Vermicelli Soup. I just used whatever I had in my pantry.
Chicken breast cut into cubes
Vermicelli (soak in water, cut)
Dried Mushroom (soak in water)
- In a pot, put cubed chicken and chicken bullion with little water. Cook the chicken until done.
- Add mushroom and Add more water. Bring to boil. Season with black pepper
- Add Vermicelli
- Turn the stove off. Add turnip greens.
- Serve after 1 minute enough for the turnip greens to be cooked.
