I have diabetes as you all know and you can't imagine how happy I am to find products that I can eat. Arctic Zero is a product that diabetics like me could enjoy. These ice cream are low in calorie, low carb, fat free, and lactose intolerant friendly.
I am so amazed that the whole pint of their ice cream is less than 150 calories. Even if I will eat the whole pint, I won't feel bad because I know my glucose level won't spike up. This ice cream is something I can eat without feeling guilty. I can eat them as much as I want. Artic Zero comes in eight delicious flavors: chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, coffee, cookies and cream, mint chocolate cookie, strawberry, vanilla maple, and seasonal flavors such as pumpkin spice. I have always been a cookies & cream lover so I definitely love this flavor. My daughter's favorite is the Mint Chocolate Cookie.Aside from ice cream, Arctic Zero also has Chocolate Dipped Premium Bars. Their line of frozen dessert bars are only 85 calories per bar. It comes in 4-pack. Current flavors are Vanilla & Chocolate and Strawberry & Orange Cream. They are all so irresistible. My favorite is the Orange Cream.

I'm glad there are ice creams like these for people who have health conditions. At least they're not missing anything.
ice cream is a comfort food for a lot of people. based on the nutrition facts, it is somehow healthy compared to others.

Good thing there are foods now that are for diabetes at least you can still eat the foods that you love.
