I have been eating more veggies lately. Eating veggies makes me full. With veggies, I can skip rice which is what I am trying hard to do. This is my quick fix veggie medley.
Ingredients:
Asparagus
Carrots
Mushroom
Bell Pepper
Broccoli
Garlic
Onion
Pepper
Salt
Olive Oil
Stir-fry Sauce
Directions:
- Saute garlic and onion
- Add hard part of asparagus and carrots. Season with salt, pepper and stir fry sauce. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms and top of asparagus. Cook for another minute
- Serve.

Hmmm.. that looks delicious mommy. :) Naa pa sobra? hehehe... I have to buy some more veggies and fruits this weekend for sure.
