Baked BBQ Porkchop

I seriously love Stubb's BBQ Sauce. For hubby's dinner last night I made him one of his favorites - Baked BBQ Porkchop. I usually grill them but since hubby came home late, I just decided to baked it in the oven.

Ingredients:
2 porkchops
Stubbs Pork spice rub
Stubbs Original BBQ Sauce

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 400F
• Wash porkchops and pat dry.
• Season with spice rub
• Baked for 15 minutes
• Coat/brush with bbq sauce and bake another 7 minutes
• Coa/brush the other side with bbq sauce and bake for another 7 minutes
• Take it out and spread more bbq sauce.
• Serve
