Ingredients:
Coconut Milk
String beans
Eggplant
Okra
Onion
Ginger
Black Pepper
Dried Fish
Directions:
- Mix all vegetables. Put a can of coconut milk.
- Put sliced onion and sliced ginger. Season with black pepper.
- Bring to boil and add dried fish.
- Cook until vegetable is done.
- Serve with rice
