I love fish cooked in coconut milk. It is easy and very yummy.
Ingredients:
Fish
Coconut Milk
Onion
Tomato
Ginger
Lemon
Pepper
Garlic Salt
Directions:
- Wash fish thoroughly and pat dry.
- Put the fish in a big casserole, top with sliced onion, tomato, ginger. Add coconut milk, squeeze one lemon and season with garlic salt and pepper.
- Bring to boil and simmer until fish is cooked and spices are tender.
- Serve with rice.
