Pineapple Glazed Pork Roast

I saw this recipe in the magazine and knowing that its pineapple glazed I was pretty sure that hubby will like this so I decided to make it.

Ingredients:
Pork Loin
Garlic Salt
Pepper

Glaze:
6oz pineapple juice
1/2 tsp five spice
1/4 cup hoisin sauce

Directions:
  • Season pork roast with garlic salt and pepper
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  • While roasting the pork, mix juice and five spice in a pan. Boil in a medium heat until it is only 1/4 left.
  • Mix it with hoisin sauce. Reserve.
  • Continue cooking roast for 20 minutes. Brush the pineapple glaze to the roast at least 3 times.
  • Let it stand for 10 minutes.
  • Sliced and garnish with pineapple slices.
Note: If there is left of the pineapple glaze, you can use it as the dipping sauce.
