Peyton, Dave's officemate went to Florida for a fishing trip yesterday. They caught plenty of fish - red snapper to be exact. Those were the biggest red snapper that I have seen in my whole life. Before Peyton left for his fishing trip Dave asked him if he can save the fish heads instead of throwing it away.
Well, to make the story short, they did save the fish heads. As in lot of fish heads for me. Now my freezer is full of fish heads. I am not complaining of course! I love fish and that means fish head included!
Obviously, I will be eating a lot of fish heads in the next couple of days... yeheyyy!

Lu, something we have in common. I love fish heads too. I know friends of mine who cringe when they hear me say that but it satisfies me. That's the filipino part in me :).
