When it comes to easy dinner, one of our favorites is the Jambalaya. If you don't want spicy food, I don't think this food is for you.

Zatarain's Jambalaya mix
Smoked sausage

Cut the smoked sausage, spread in the baking sheet and bake at 350 until bottom of the sausage is done (usually 25 minutes). While cooking the sausage, cook the zatarain's jambalaya mix as directed. When the sausage is done, remove from the baking sheet and add to the jambalaya mixture. Simmer until rice is fully cooked. Serve.
