Ingredients:
Patola (see image here)
pork (sliced, bite size)
garlic
onion
tomato
pepper
chicken broth
Misua
Directions:
Saute garlic and onion. Add tomatoes and pork. Season with pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth bring to boil. Add sliced patola. When patola is cooked add missua and cook until done. Serve with rice... yummy!!!
