Bitter Melon with Egg

Okay in Filipino it is just a plain ... Ginisang Ampalaya na may Itlog. Whenever I see a bitter melon, I make sure that I buy one or two. Bitter melon is always good for your health (that's what my Mom always tells me). There are different ways how to cook your bitter melon but for this time I cooked it with egg.

Ingredients:
1 pc bitter melon (cut in small slices)
2 pcs of red tomatoes
garlic
onion
pepper
salt
oil

Directions:
Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add sliced bitter melon. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until half done. Add beaten egg. Cook until egg is well cooked. Serve with rice.
