Garlicky Roast Beef

"Garlicky" which I am not sure if this word is in the dictionary. I made a roast beef with a lot of garlic. I love the aroma of the garlic so i decided to cook garlicky roast beef.

1lbs roast beef
5 cloves of garlic (sliced lengthwise)

Make slits in the beef enough to insert the garlic. Season the whole beef with salt and pepper. Bake in a covered baking dish for 1 1/2 hours in 350F. Slice and serve.
