Homemade Fries

I always prefer my homemade fries than the ready to cook fries in the frozen section of the grocery store. I thought that this is healthier.



Ingredients:
4 small pieces of potato
salt
pepper
olive oil
cooking spray

Directions:


Peel the potato and wash. Cut in half (lengthwise) and then cut the half in 4 slices. (I always prefer a thicker fries). Spray the pan with cooking spray. Arrange the potato. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake in 350F until golden brown.




Serve and dip in a lot of catsup!

hi Lulu charming, yes i am back pero OMG, dami ko utang na comments hahaha...sabi ko triple eh, blog hopping pa ginawa ko in one blog hahaha...hinay hinay lang diba?

i just got home last Friday, kaya lang was sick for 3 days tapos the storm is still here, pc is off kasi super bad talaga weather eh

today, we are expecting the storm to hit our place up to tomorrow...i hope it is not bad at all

by the way, gumagawa din ako nito pag marami potato...hehehe...sarap kaya nito

I just had these tonight for supper along with my roasted ham! Hmmmm.. so good!
