Filipino BBQ Ribs

This is the first time that I ever cooked ribs but to my suprise, it turn out really good. This recipe has a real filipino bbq taste. Guys, I really suggest that try this one.

Ingrediens:
ribs
For Marinade:
sprite
soy sauce
sugar
garlic powder
black pepper
ground cumin
corn starch

Directions:
Mix marinade ingredients and marinade the ribs at least 1 hour. (Tips: marinade overnight if you have time)

Bake at 300F covered, 40min per pound. Baste at least every thirty minutes. 1 hour before you finish cooking, brush it with the bbq sauce and bake uncovered.

For the remainder marinade sauce, bring to boil. Add dissolve cornstarch and make a bbq sauce.

Slice and serve. (Prepare a lot of paper napkins as this is finger licking good! hehe)
