Blackened Mackerel

When we went to Mobile, I was able to buy some fresh fish. Dave always like Mackerel so I bought some Mackerel. This is the first time that I made a baked blackened fish but it turn out to be really good.

Ingredients:
Fillet Mackerel
Blackening Seasoning

Directions:
Wash the fish. Seasoned with blackening seasoning (as much as you want). Put in a baking pan and Bake at 350F for 30minutes. Serve with ketchup.
