Roast Pork

Most of the times, I cook a small piece of meat because I want it to be consumed for one eating only.

Whenever I decide to cook pork roast, I usually cut the meat in half. Grocery stores usually sells pork roast in big sizes.

Here's my version of pork roast.

Ingredients:
Pork roast( approx. 2 lbs)
soy sauce
garlic
pepper
salt
bay leaves
water

Directions:
Bring to boil the pork in the mixture of water, soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and bay leaves. Simmer for 1 1/2 hour. Remove and let dry.

Preheat oven to 350F. Bake pork for 1 hour. Let cool and serve.
