I decided to cook calamares. This is the first time that I made calamares. It turned out really good!
Ingredients:
Squid

Fish fry mix
oil, for frying
Directions:
1. Clean the squid, remove the head, ink sacs and tentacles discarded, outer purple skin peeled off and do not cut squid open.
2. Slice into 1/2 inch rings

3. Dredge in fish fry mix. Set aside.
4. Heat oil in the wok and fry squid rings until golden brown.
5. Drain in paper towels
6. Serve
