Dave and I both love calamares. The first time we had calamares together was when we went to Miravilla Resort the first time. Everytime, we visit Miravilla we always order calamares.

I decided to cook calamares. This is the first time that I made calamares. It turned out really good!

Fish fry mix
oil, for frying

1. Clean the squid, remove the head, ink sacs and tentacles discarded, outer purple skin peeled off and do not cut squid open.
2. Slice into 1/2 inch rings
3. Dredge in fish fry mix. Set aside.
4. Heat oil in the wok and fry squid rings until golden brown.
5. Drain in paper towels
6. Serve
