Ingredients:
2 potatoes
2 sweet potatoes
salt
pepper
olive oil
dried tarragon
Directions:
Peel the potatoes and cut in cubes. Put in a pan with enough lightly salted water to cover them. Bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
Spread in the non stick baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and tarragon. Bake in 350F until golden brown.
Transfer to a bowl and serve.
