Ingredients:
Beef tenderloin
Dale's seasoning
powdered garlic
black pepper
olive oil
powdered onion
lemon
1 tbsp sugar
Cut beef in small thin slices and pound it with meat tenderizer. Seasoned it with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and sugar. Add dale's seasoning, olive oil and lemon. Mix well. Marinate for at least an hour ( I marinated it overnight for better taste).
Cook it in the skillet. After boiling, simmer until sauce thickens.
Serve with rice
