Beef Roast in Slow Cooker

What I love most about cooking in slow cooker is the aroma of what you are cooking after few hours of cooking in the slow cooker.

I opted to cook my beef roast in the slow cooker, just to try what the result will be.


Ingredients:
beef roast
cream of mushroom
potato (slice in cubes)
carrots (sliced by 2")
green beans
bay leaves
salt
garlic powder
black pepper

Directions:
Rub salt, garlic powder and black pepper around the beef. Put in the slow cooker. Add cream of mushroom and bay leaves. Cook in high for 1 hour. Add potatoes, carrots and green beans. Continue cooking for another 3 hours. Let it cool for 5 minutes and Serve.
