Ingredients:
2lbs Beef Roast
2lbs Beef Roast
Onion (cut in wedges)
2 pieces carrots (sliced)
3 pcs potatoes (cut in cubes)
3pcs bay leaves
garlic
black pepper
1cup water
pot roast seasoning
2 tsp oil
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and beef. Brown the beef in both sides.
Transfer the beef and onion to the slow cooker. Add the carrots, potatoes, and bay leaves. Seasoned with garlic, black pepper. Dissolve the seasoning in 1 cup of water and pour it over the mixture of beef and vegetables. Cover and cook on Slow 6-8 hours or until the meat is very tender.
Slice the beef and serve with vegetables.
