Pork Adobo

I have hard time deciding what to eat for tonight. It has been a busy day for me and Andrea and I feel like eating good. When I checked my freezer I got a bit of everything which didn't help me decide what to cook either.

Finally I decided to cook rice and pork adobo.

My adobo recipe:

Cut the pork into cubes
Add soysauce, vinegar, garlic, onion, pepper, bay leaves, sugar, and water. Bring to rolling boil. Reduce heat. Cook until almost all the water mixture is gone. Add a little olive oil. Serve and enjoy.

Yes, I always put water in my adobo to make sure that the meat will be tender when it is done.
