Dried fish is a Filipino's favorite. For Americans who are not used to it, this is something really stinky. Even my hubby who got used to me eating this stuff still thinks this is just too stinky. Thankfully he doesn't mind if I cook them. As he says "as long I don't eat them". We all have preferences and I don't force hubby to eat whatever food I want and he does the same to me too.
