I wanted a twist to my pork adobo thus I decided to add some pineapple chunks. It turned out really tasty and very delicious.
Pineapple chunks (juice included)
- Brown pork. Remove extra lard. Set aside
- Sautee garlic and onion. Add pork. Season with soysauce, salt, pepper, laurel leaves.
- Simmer until pork is tender.
- Add pineapple. Simmer more.
- When most of the liquid has evaporated, it is then ready to serve.
