Review: Beanfields Bean & Rice Chips

I love chips but because I am watching my diet, I have to stop myself from enjoying it. Most chips has high carbohydrate so I don't have a choice but to refrain from munching them or my glucose level will spike up.

Then, I saw Beanfields Bean and Rice Chips. I immediately checked its nutritional facts and 'lo and behold I can eat them!!! Each serving is less than 15g of carbohydrates. My dietician recommended for me to have a snack of 15g of carbs between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner. Finding this out, I was so eager to try them. I told the people behind Beanfields of how excited I am about their products that they sent me a box for me to sample. Yes, I got 5 big bags and 2 small ones to sample for free.

The first thing I tried was the Nacho Bean & Rice Chips. It was delicious. The product looks different than your typical nacho but I find it more tasty and I was so surprise that it fills me up so quick. I didn't even have to eat the whole 1 serving because I was already full. Then I tried Pico de Gallo I feel like eating a mexican food. My most favorite of all is the Sea Salt & Pepper as you can just easily define the peppery taste. The Natural Unsalted and Sea Salt flavors are also as good as the others.

Now that I have tried Beanfields Bean and Rice Chips, I know what to buy now should I crave for chips. Below are the reasons why you should try them too:
  • Delicious healthy snacks made of beans and rice.
  • Four g. complete protein
  • 4g. fiber per ounce
  • Gluten free
  • Dairy Free
  • Non-GMO
  • Vegan
  • Farmed and made in USA

Good think you highlight the nutritional facts of that snack. that's important.

yay! those chips look really good! we have to watch what we are eating. but some times i doubt what is written on the nutrition facts, specially those foods that say no calories, but i can taste them. but some are really true.
