Last month we bought a wii because I know that there are wii games that I can play and it will be a good exercise for me. It has gotten so hot that my daughter and I don't feel like walking around our place anymore. So, the perfect solution for us is to buy some wii exercises and it works well with us.
Playing wii has also become a good bonding for me and my daughter. Her favorite is the Nickelodeon Fit. We have fun racing with Dora, Diego, Kailan and the Backyardigans!
