Ingredients:
1 can albacore tuna
onion
garlic
bokchoy
salt and pepper
Directions:
- Sautee garlic and onion
- Add the stalk of bokchoy
- Season with a little salt and lot of pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add tuna. Cook for another minute
- Add bokchoy leaves. Cook until leaves are wilted
- Serve
