Bokchoy and Tuna



Ingredients:
1 can albacore tuna
onion
garlic
bokchoy
salt and pepper

Directions:
  • Sautee garlic and onion
  • Add the stalk of bokchoy
  • Season with a little salt and lot of pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add tuna. Cook for another minute
  • Add bokchoy leaves. Cook until leaves are wilted
  • Serve
