Thai Curry Stir Fry


I saw a recipe in the book that is thai curry stir fry.  I made my own version and it is really good.  This food is spicy but not too spicy.

Ingredients:
Chicken - cut in bite size
Garlic
Onion
Black Pepper
Carrots
Snow Peas
Broccoli
Curry paste (1tsp)

Instructions:
  • Saute garlic and onion
  • Add chicken, season with black pepper and cook until done
  • Add curry paste.  Add carrots and snow peas. (Add a little water if needed) Cook for a minute.
  • Add broccoli.  Cook for a little bit.  
  • Serve
