I had some left over baby bokchoy in my refrigerator. I experimented with it and I came up with this dish. Bokchoy in oyster sauce.
Ingredients:
Baby bokchoy
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Oyster Sauce
Pepper
Directions:
- Cut and wash up baby bokchoy
- Sautee garlic, onion and tomato
- Add bokchoy
- Season with oyster sauce and pepper
- Cook until done yet still crispy
- Serve
