Baby Bokchoy


I had some left over baby bokchoy in my refrigerator. I experimented with it and I came up with this dish. Bokchoy in oyster sauce.

Ingredients:
Baby bokchoy
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Oyster Sauce
Pepper

Directions:
  • Cut and wash up baby bokchoy
  • Sautee garlic, onion and tomato
  • Add bokchoy
  • Season with oyster sauce and pepper
  • Cook until done yet still crispy
  • Serve
