Ingredients:
Grated green papaya
Carrots
Bell pepper
Garlic
Onion
Ginger
Vinegar
Sugar
Directions:
- Sautee garlic, onion and ginger
- Add sugar and vinegar. Bring to boil
- Add Carrots and bell pepper
- Season according to your taste
- Turn off heat. Add papaya.
- Let it cool
- Transfer to a container and refrigerate.
