Italian Spaghetti

Whenever I make spaghetti I always use the fettuccine noodles because that is what hubby prefers.

Italian spaghetti is not really my favorite as I always prefer the Filipino style but hubby prefers this style and I am adapting (sometimes).

Anyhow, this spaghetti is made of italian sausage, mushroom and italian spaghetti sauce.

  • Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
  • Bake italian sausage until golden brown.
  • Heat a big jar of italian spaghetti sauce. Add mushroom and the cooked sausage. Simmer until mushroom is done. Season with pepper.
  • Put enough amount of fettuccine noodles on the plate. Top with the spaghetti sauce.
  • Serve
