Fried Chicken Gizzard

I never had fried chicken gizzard until Dhemz of Savour the Flavour posted it on her blog. Of course I was so curious to try them.

It was a great success as the fried chicken gizzard is so yummy.

chicken gizzard
greek seasoning
water for boiling
oil for frying

  • Wash the gizzard thoroughly
  • Put in a casserole with water and season with salt, pepper and greek seasoning
  • Boil until tender (approx. 30 minutes)
  • Remove from water
  • Fry until golden brown
  • Serve

mamilu naglaway ko sa imung gizzard nahurot na nimu tanan. pakan a intawn ang way kaon hehehehe
