In the Philippines, small retail stores or sari-sari stores as we call it, are very common. It is a small business where you can buy the most used household items in small quantity. My eldest sister has a small store and that is their means of living.
Most sari-sari store owners doesn't have a cash box. They usually just put their money inside a jar or something. I think that if they invest in mmf drawer it will be easier for them to find change when they need a change. MMF drawers has enough slots for bills and coins so I am sure it will be easier for them to have it. Having this type of drawers also secure their money.
