We love mushrooms. We always cook them as side of our meat dishes. I believe that portabella mushrooms are really good. The price of portabella mushroom is higher than the white mushrooms. Baby bella mushrooms are cheaper than portabella so most of the times this is the kind that we buy.Anyway, I love baby bella when cooked as whole. The picture above is a baby bella mushrooms and onion cooked in butter. Delicious!!!
