Mashed Potato Overload

For a change, Mom Lori and I decided to add a twist to a regular mashed potato.

grated cheddar cheese
sour cream
bacon (bits)

  • Peel and quartered potatoes. Boiled until cook. Remove from water and mashed.
  • Add half of the cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and half of the bacon bits
  • Mixed together and bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
  • Top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
  • Bake for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve
