Food Trip Friday: Pansit Guisado

Pansit always symbolizes for long life... so New Year... Long life.... that is why pansit is a common dish during birthdays and special occasions because of what people believe. Actually, for me pansit is always served because both Filipino and American loves this.... so obviously, it is always served during gatherings.

Anyway, this is my Food Trip Friday entry for this week.

Iba yung pancit mo kulay white, I usually cooked it with a touch of soy sauce to add a li'l color. And you are right, even Americans love it, my in-laws always request it whenever there's a family dinner.
