I like chicken liver. When we bought chicken liver in our grocery store, Dave asked the cashier if she eats chicken liver. She answered yes so I asked her how she cooked it. She told me that she likes it fried. That was the first time I heard that you can fry chicken livers. I tried it and it was good.
Ingredients:
Chicken liver
Flour
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Oil for frying
Directions:
- Poke the liver using fork. As many times as you want. This will prevent the liver from bursting when fried.
- Combine Flour, garlic salt and pepper.
- Dredge the liver in the flour mixture
- Fry until golden brown.
- Drain in paper towels.
- Serve

I sounds delicious Lu. I haven't seen chicken liver in the grocery store here but I've seen it many times in a Filipino store which is few miles away from us. I haven't tried frying the liver but it sound super delicious. I will try it the next time we will go to the filipino store.
