Stir Fry Chicken with Mushroom and Broccolli

I have been trying to find a new way to cook chicken. I don't want to be burnt out eating chicken so I wanted some variations. I came up with cooking the chicken with mushroom and broccolli .

Chicken breast (sliced in bite size)
bell pepper (sliced in strips)
carrots (sliced in strips)
mushroom (slice half)
broccolli (florettes)
cooking wine
soy sauce
corn starch
garlic powder

  • Marinade chicken in soysauce, cooking wine, black pepper, garlic powder and corn starch. Set aside. Marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  • Sautee onion and add marinaded chicken. Mix well and add a little water. Bring to boil and add carrots. Cook for two minutes.
  • Add bell pepper, mushroom and broccolli. Cook for another two minutes. Season with salt if needed.
  • Serve while hot.

@ ann... yeah sure you can disregard the mushroom... you can always experiment on veggies... i was thinking of adding snow peas next time...

Wow Lu you are a chef. Kailan kaya ako maging ganoon. I love cooking but I don't know, I thinking cooking itself doesn't like me. I tried and tried but I always failed but I accepted it. We always ended up eating at Panda Express...hindi everyday Lu....Thanks for sharing this. I wanted to try this now but I did not defrost chicken. Hubby doesn't like if you defrost it through microwaving or running water. he said is not healthy. Maybe I will do it tomorrow.
