Grilled Chicken Thighs


I always love to eat chicken. Well, chicken is good for the health. It is actually better than pork or beef. Cooking this recipe requires a lot of time that is why planning ahead is necessary.

Ingredients:
Chicken thighs (skin and fats removed)
lemon
garlic
black pepper
salt
soy sauce

Directions:
  • Seasoned chicken with a lot of garlic and black pepper and a little salt.
  • Squeeze lemon on it and add a little soy sauce
  • Marinade overnight
  • Grill
  • Serve
Note: If you don't have a grill or if grilling is too much work you can broil it in the oven.

I like your recipe lulu, pangbahay at money savings. Akong pagkatupalan murag mo work sa imu mga ingredients ky naa nku daan an, so no need for me to wonder around the grocery store. yummmo!

It's funny you posted this recipe, I was planning to make that tomorrow. It's all yummy but I'll definitely eat that with rice. Do you still have those fish heads lol? Ohh, pinoy food is salivating.
