Fish Soup

As I have mentioned, I have many fish heads in my fridge. They are so fresh that I was enticed to make fish soup.

Making fish soup out of the fish heads reminds me of my dear nanang and tatay. Fish heads are their favorites when making fish soup.

Ingredients:
Fish head
onion
tomato
green onion
ginger
black pepper
salt
bokchoy (chinese pechay)
water

Directions:
Put onion, tomato and ginger in the pot and add water. Bring to boil. Add fish and the stalk of the bokchoy. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil again. Add bokchoy leaves and green onions. Cook until vegetables are tender. Serve.

Note: I wish I have a fresh lemon grass, I am sure it will make the soup more yummy.
