Fried Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
boneless chicken breast
fish fry mix
eggs
bread crumbs
oil for frying



Directions:



Pound the chicken. Be sure to put it in a plastic bag so that chicken meat will not splatter everywhere.







Dredge in the fish fry mix







Dip in the well beaten egg









Dredge in the bread crumbs and fry until golden brown









Drain and serve
