I saw a can of sweet corn cream style in my pantry so I decided to try corn soup. I was surprised how good it turn out to be and how much Andrea enjoyed it.
Ingredients:
1 can sweet corn cream style
2 cups of chicken broth
1 can sweet corn cream style
2 cups of chicken broth
1 egg
1tbsp corn starch
pepper
parsley (for garnishing)
Directions:
Pour sweet corn in the casserole. Add chicken broth. Bring to boil. Mix cornstarch and egg thoroughly. Add to the boiling mixture of chicken broth and sweet corn. Stir thoroughly. Season with pepper. Serve with parsley.
