Fried Porkchop

This is one of the easiest recipe that I cook. There is nothing special to it. It is very convenient and very tasty.

3 bone-in porkchops
garlic salt
oil for frying


Wash the porkchops and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides with garlic salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
Fry both sides until golden brown. Drain in pepper towel. Serve with ketchup.
