I remember how my mom always makes kamote cue to sell in the school as a source of income when we were young. Actually she makes all the delicacies that she can sell as snacks to both teachers and students in the school nearby.
Anyway, I really enjoyed the kamote cue. It has been years since i have eaten this and it feels like I am back home.
Ingredients:
4 pieces of kamote
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup cooking oilDirections:
Heat the cooking oil in the pan. Add the brown sugar. Wait until the sugar rises up. Add the kamote and stir until the kamote is well coated with the sugar. Cook and drain. Serve.
