Baked Ham

Baked ham is good especially when you plan on not cooking for two days. Usually ham is always sold in a big chunk. We usually eat our ham with baked sweet potato or baked potato. After that, we enjoy making ham sandwiches or just eat a slice or two as a snack on.

Baking ham needs a lot of time. You have to bake it slow and baste it as often as you want to avoid from burning.

Ingredients:
Ham
1 can Pineapple Chunks
Cloves

Directions:
Put ham in a shallow pan. Seasoned with cloves. Add pineapple chunks. Stick some of the pineapples with toothpick on the ham. Baked at 275F for 4 hours. Baste as often as possible. Remove from the pan and remove the toothpick and pineapples. Cool for few minutes. Sliced and serve.
This is how the ham looks like before I baked it
