I have plenty of ground beef in my fridge and I decided to start using them. I came up with this dish yesterday. It was delicious and very filling.
Ingredients:
Ground beef
Garlic
Onion
Ground Pepper
Soy sauce
Carrots (minced)
Potatoes (minced)
Bell Pepper (minced)
Directions:
- Brown ground beef. Drain. Set aside.
- Sautee garlic and onion.
- Add beef, carrots, potatoes
- Season with black pepper and soy sauce
- Cook until veggies are done. Add bell pepper.
- Cook for 1 more minute
- Serve
